Timothy Kucharski is an accomplished criminal defense attorney with nearly 30 years of experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. Julia Aliazzi is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she earned a concentration in criminal law and developed a strong foundation in trial advocacy. Through CWRU School of Law's Criminal Defense Clinic, Ms. Aliazzi represented clients facing criminal charges. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Aliazzi worked as a law clerk at Richardson & Kucharski for three years.
